I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (Supervisor) and also a Certified Health Coach. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples. I have worked with individuals on a wide array of issues such as, but not limited to, family issues, divorce, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, woman’s issues, parenting skills and health and wellness related concerns. I also provide LCMHCA supervision and currently have openings to provide supervision.
Using an eclectic approach, which combines Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Counseling and Gottman Method (for couples), I adapt the theoretical styles to meet the diverse needs of clients. I also believe it is important to meet the client where they are at and treating the whole person.

Are you looking for a therapist who just gets it? Do you find most therapists just sit on the sidelines and don’t fully engage? Do you find you need someone to challenge you? If so, then it sounds like we would be a great fit!
I am a wife, a mom, a friend and a person who lives with a chronic illness. I have been in the therapy world for over a decade and specialize in many areas due to my years in the field.
The areas I am passionate about are chronic illness, autoimmune, complex medical issues, women’s issues (allll of them!) men’s issues (alll of them!), ADHD, relationship issues, marital issues, codependency, narcissism, self esteem/self confidence/self love and self sabotage, weight issues/obesity just to name a few. I also have a passion for working with executives who are stuck or unhappy in the workplace causing work/life balance issues and who may need that push and some tough love.
I truly feel like my ideal client is someone who has tried it all, has been “stuck” who just can’t seem to make the change because maybe they have a strong personality, or are really shy and can’t put themselves out there, if that sounds like you, reach out to schedule.
You took the first step, and that was the hardest, you got this, and I can’t wait to meet you!
